What is the procedure if a trusted person has committed a violation on my car?

Within 14 days after receiving the electronic fine, the owner or legal representative must appear in the traffic police sector or the Ministry of Internal Affairs at a permanent address to fill out a declaration according to the sample that will be provided to him ”
The latter personally fills out a declaration in the presence of a police officer, in which he indicates the data about the person who committed the violation, and applies a copy of his driver's license. After clarifying all the data, the declaration is accepted and signed by the police officer. The specified person is issued and sent an electronic fine for the violation, and the original one is canceled. The declaration must list three names of the person who committed the violation, his permanent address, the category of the certificate of driving and where it was issued. This also applies to persons without a permanent address in the Republic of Bulgaria.
If the Declaration States a person without a permanent address In Bulgaria and provided a copy of a foreign driver's license, requires that the owner or legal representative have provided written details about the reasons for the granting of the vehicle, where the man was during his stay, what date it arrived and left the country, as well as its permanent address, to notify the country of origin.
